RESEARCH INTERESTS

   
The study of mechanisms involved in determining the characteristics of the immune repertoire in different types of diseases (lymphomas/leukemias, autoimmune diseases, infections, etc.) as well as in the general population.
   
The characterization of genes, signaling pathways and cellular mechanisms associated with the ontogeny and pathogenesis of various types of cancer.
   
The application of modern methods of genomics and transcriptomics analysis (Next Generation Sequencing, NGS) and the design of analytical methods for the processing of large-scale biological data (Big Data analytics).
